Shipping policy

Heal Live Love is a small business located in Edinburgh, Scotland. Orders are processed manually and shipped via Royal Mail 3 times a week, on Mondays (except bank holidays) Wednesdays and Fridays.

We offer free shipping (2nd Class) within the UK of parcels up to 2 kg.
We add £10 shipping cost to orders up to 2 kg (per parcel) to other European countries.

We do not ship outside of Europe.

Note that we recycle packaging whenever possible when shipping our orders so please note in a comment whether your order should be shipped as a gift.
